This illustration accompanied a very funny article in Texas Monthly by Sarah Bird, who writes about her experience of eating out at a very posh restaurant, generating feelings of guilt (eating grandly during an economic recession) and then feelings of hunger (a dozen tiny courses left her longing for a solid serving of mac and cheese).
