Alternatives Magazine
For a Spring 2011 Alternatives magazine article about a holistic approach to governance — one that combines health, agriculture and maternal care — I created this collage, with all the services under one hat.

This illustration ran in the December 18 2010 issue of The Globe and Mail, accompanying a story about adults who write letters to Santa.
I have a series of illustrations in the December/January issue of Homemakers magazine, illustrating the 12 healthy days of Christmas (a play on the traditional song). Check out my Portfolio section to see all 12 illustrations, too.
I have a series of illustrations (nine in total) in the print version of the Globe and Mail tomorrow (October 6), accompanying an article on wine etiquette by Beppi Crosariol. To make sense of what they are, see below for the tips that I illustrated.
1. The host gift belongs to the host.
2. Don't turn your nose up at an inferior wine.
3. Go with the (abstinent) flow.
4. No need to break the bank.
5. By all means take two (or three).
6. Top yourself up (with grace).
7. Think olive oil, cheese or flowers.
8. You brought it, you leave it.
9. Don't brag about the price.
Tina of the wonderful English Muse has a sweet post about the new banner I created for her, which went live this week — have a look here. Thanks again Tina!
